Our 36 casitas with attached garages are like a little neighborhood of their own. Fully appointed kitchens and standard sized washers and dryers offer all the conveniences of your own home. Ceiling fans, individual thermostats, private patios and balconies and upgraded window and floor coverings are among the extras that make these units so very popular. Or choose from one of the many floor plans in our 104-unit retirement apartment complex featuring all interior corridors. The studio, one - and two-bedroom apartments are also equipped with refrigerator, range, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Ceiling fans, individual thremostats, window and floor coverings, patios, balconies and washer/dryer hookups are standard.
Common areas are abundant at Desert Winds. Lounges, card rooms, billiard room, computer room, beauty/barber shop, library, theater, exercise room, temperature controlled swimming pool and jaccuzzi, a gracious grand dining room and a private dining room are all available for your comfort and enjoyment.
One meal per day, all utilities (except your personal telephone), cable television, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, the assurance of a 24 hour staff, general maintenance of your apartment common areas and grounds, and a rich program of activities are all included in your very affordable monthly rental fee. More enhanced amenity packages as well as some personal services are available for a nominal fee. |
